Shipping policy

Orders placed will be delivered between 1 – 5 working days (excluding weekends)

You can enter delivery instructions when placing your order e.g. “leave with neighbour”. However Ofoodi UK are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery

We will notify you as soon as your parcels leave our facility and also provide and estimate time of arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery
