Standard Delivery:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery normally takes 1 to 2 working days.
• Estimated Arrival: Most standard orders therefore arrive within 3 to 6 working days.
• Delivery Charges: Rates vary by destination, order value, service and shipment weight and are shown before payment at checkout.
• Delivery Days: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 10 am will be processed the following working day.

 

Next Working Day Delivery:

• Availability: Available for orders placed between Monday and Wednesday before 10 am.
• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 10 am will be processed the next working day.
• Thursday Orders: Orders placed on Thursday will be shipped on Monday.
• Friday Orders: Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
• Weekend Deliveries: Weekend delivery is available only by prior arrangement, at an additional charge, and someone must be available to receive the order. Please message the number on our contact page using WhatsApp.

 

Fresh Vegetable Delivery Schedule: To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our vegetables, we have established the following schedule:

• Arrival: Fresh vegetables from Nigeria arrive every Wednesday.
• Shipping: These vegetables are shipped out on Thursday.
• Delivery: Customers can expect delivery on Friday.

 

Important Notes:

• Order Timing: To receive fresh vegetables by Friday, please place your order by Wednesday.
• Bank Holidays: Bank holidays are also non-working days as shipping partners do not pick up on holidays.
• Next Day Delivery Selection: If you select next-day delivery for fresh vegetables, please be aware that dispatch will align with the above schedule to maintain product quality.
• Refunds: If the delivery schedule does not suit your needs, we offer a full refund. You may also choose to place your order the following Wednesday for Friday delivery.
